The SwissDECO G, with its double platten, is equipped with nine linear axes. The second platten is equipped with a Z axis, which enables roughing/finishing operations, frontal operations and deep drilling, for example, as well as a differential mode work. The SwissDECO G comprises three independent tool systems, and is equipped with a double platten. It is possible to equip these with pre-settable modular devices and tool systems. Thanks to its configuration and the decision to use plattens, this solution enables extremely fast chip-to-chip times. Available as a 36 mm machine, the SwissDECO G has up to 38 tool positions, 27 of which can be rotating tools.
