Modifications
o Magnetic chuck replaced with Haas rotary base table.
o Haas rotary head with 5C collect, pneumatically actuated, is mounted on the rotary table.
o Grinding cabinet has been stretched 6” in the front to allow for Haas head clearances.
o Control has been updated to run as a 5 axis CNC grinding machine.
o G-Code programmable with variable programming option enabled.
o Side door is pneumatically operated for robot access.
o Machine can be returned to original configuration by removing the Haas units and reinstalling a magnetic chuck.
