Description

The System 40 is a robotic welding cell that incorporates an indexing turntable positioner. This unit is palletized on a common bed with a complete workcell enclosure. The System 40 is designed to meet ANSI/RIA 15.06-99 specifications for workcell safety, utilizing a 58" or 71" diameter turntable with 1000 pound-per side capacity. The workcell enclosure provides a complete cell barrier with solid sheet metal weld flash protection. Mounting provisions for safety light curtains protect the load zone. This cell is configured with an integrated palm station complete with operator controls, status indicating light tower, and access doors for programming on each side.
